Construction is underway on the second phase of Arbor Lane, a community of 16 townhomes in Arlington Heights, announced Northbrook-based Red Seal Homes.
Located along Palatine Road, just east of Rand Road, Arbor Lane offers four floor plan options ranging from 1,702 to 1,742 square feet. Priced from $289,900, the homes offer two to three bedrooms, 2½ baths, an attached two-car garage, and private outdoor space. Homes in phase II are priced from $319,900 and first move-ins are scheduled for December.
“The interest in Arbor Lane throughout phase one was very strong because there really aren’t many new-construction options available in this particular area of Arlington Heights,” said Brian Hoffman of Red Seal Homes.
