Congratulations to Taylor Johnson client Ascend Real Estate Group, which along with partner Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. recently broke ground on Niche 905, an 18-story, 202-unit luxury apartment tower at 905 N. Orleans St., in Chicago’s Near North Side neighborhood. Scheduled to deliver in summer 2017, Niche 905 will offer a mix of convertible, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, a full suite of amenities and lower-level retail space. As part of the groundbreaking ceremony, the development venture presented a $50,000 check to Bishop James C. Austin Sr. of the St. Luke Church of God in Christ, located across the street at 914 N. Orleans St., as a donation to the church’s building fund.

The groundbreaking was an especially fun event for Taylor Johnson, as clients FitzGerald Associates Architects and Proper Title, LLC are also involved in the project.
