Taylor Johnson client HSA PrimeCare has added another healthcare facility to its growing portfolio: the 42,040-square-foot Elizabeth Park South Medical Center in Lincoln, Neb. The fully leased medical office building is the firm’s first acquisition in the state of Nebraska. Especially attractive was the center’s strong tenant mix. It is occupied by The Physician Network’s East Lincoln Internal Medicine practice, Lincoln Pediatric Group and Lincoln Behavioral Group — all of which are original tenants from the facility’s opening in 1996.
