Up NEXT In River North: Luxury Apartment Tower Tops Off Ahead Of Schedule
Topping off a major high-rise construction project is always a key milestone, but especially when it comes months sooner than initially anticipated. Such was the case last month when Taylor Johnson client Fifield Cos. topped off NEXT Apartments, a 310-unit luxury tower in Chicago’s River North neighborhood, where construction is running months ahead of schedule, and move-ins are projected to begin Sept. 1. Guests at the event were able to tour the leasing trailer, designed as a replica apartment and featuring the finishes and amenities that will be available at NEXT.
