Kinzie Real Estate Group Turns Five, With Triple-Digit Growth
Congratulations to Taylor Johnson client Kinzie Real Estate Group, which recently celebrated its fifth anniversary. Founded in 2011 as the real estate market was recovering, the Chicago-based firm originally specialized in servicing distressed assets, with a team of just under 20 employees and nearly $2 million in business by the end of its first year. Over the next five years, as Kinzie expanded its services and began partnering with luxury multifamily developers, those numbers jumped to more than 50 employees across three divisions and over $100 million dollars in construction activity slated to start in 2016 alone. In an interview with GlobeSt.com, Kinzie President Steve Spinell discusses the company’s impressive growth and recent expansion into other Midwest markets.
