Taylor Johnson client M&R Development recently broke ground on The Residences at Wilmette, a luxury rental community in downtown Wilmette that’s slated to deliver in August 2017. Located less than one block from the Wilmette Metra station, the transit-oriented development will provide high-end rental housing in the heart of one of the North Shore’s most vibrant and highly sought-after suburbs.
