Taylor Johnson client Transwestern has expanded its services in Southeast Wisconsin with the addition of the brokerage team from the former Siegel-Gallagher Inc. Already home to Transwestern’s national Sustainability Services group, Milwaukee is familiar territory for the Houston-based firm. Yet this marks the first time Transwestern has had a brokerage team based out of the Milwaukee market. Focused primarily on tenant advisory, agency leasing and investment sales in the office sector, the Milwaukee team has executed more than $1 billion in lease transactions on behalf of building owners and recently won the 2016 Deal of the Year Award from the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW). The Milwaukee Business Journal and Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel were among the outlets that covered Transwestern’s growing team.
