BlitzLake Partners Begins Pre-leasing Luxury Rentals at Lakeview 3200

, which is now pre-leasing apartments at Lakeview 3200, a 90-unit mixed-use development at the intersection of Clark Street and Belmont Avenue. Located one block east of the Belmont “L” station, the transit-oriented development will offer a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments; 8,000 square feet of office space; and an additional 29,000 square feet of retail that will house one of Chicago’s first flexible-format Target stores.
