, which is now pre-leasing apartments at Lakeview 3200, a 90-unit mixed-use development at the intersection of Clark Street and Belmont Avenue. Scheduled to open in early 2017, Lakeview 3200 will offer 90 high-end apartments with oversized windows, 9-foot exposed concrete ceilings, plank flooring and modern kitchens with quartz countertops and stainless steel GE appliances.
