Completed last summer, Uncommon Madison is a 10-story, 410-bed community in downtown Madison that serves as an upscale alternative to traditional student housing. Designed by Boston-based Shepley Bulfinch to complement the surrounding architecture, the development attracts a mix of residents ranging from students to local professionals.
