Millennials are as ubiquitous to the headlines as they are to the housing market. To help explain their role in shaping Chicago’s real estate market in 2017, Crain’s Chicago Business recently ran this story featuring a video of Taylor Johnson client Steve Baird, president and CEO of Baird & Warner. According to Baird, an estimated half of all home transactions in the Chicago area last year involved first-time buyers, many of whom were millennials.
