It’s shaping up to be a busy 2017 for Taylor Johnson client M/I Homes, which plans to open 10 communities in Chicago this year. First up are Emerson Park and Sedgwick – two new townhome communities in Naperville, where M/I Homes is currently the No. 1 townhome builder in the market. Both communities will be celebrating the start of sales by hosting grand opening celebrations, introducing new floor plans and unveiling new decorated models in March.
