It’s not every day that a 1 million-square-foot retail and residential complex receives LEED Gold certification, but Taylor Johnson client Structured Development made it happen with its NEWCITY development in Chicago’s Clybourn Corridor. Three components of the project recently earned the designation from the U.S. Green Building Council, following the earlier Gold certification of the adjacent residential tower, The Residences at NEWCITY.
