When Chicago Agent needed a great hook for its annual spring new-construction issue focused on builders and brokerages working together, Taylor Johnson knew client Baird & Warner would make the perfect cover story. The brokerage recently entered into a partnership with North Shore builder The Jacobs Companies to handle all of the builder’s sales. While many city developers use outside brokerages to facilitate sales, the partnership of these two local family-owned businesses has become one of the most significant brokerage/developer unions for suburban new-construction sales.
