Taylor Johnson client RMK Management Corp. is full steam ahead with its newest transit-oriented community, 1620 Central in Evanston, Ill. As noted by REJournals.com, the luxury rental community is already 25 percent leased with first move-ins slated for June. Undoubtedly, one of the more unique reasons to lease at the building is the fact that residents will receive a one-year pass for the Metra or CTA, as well as a one-year pass for a Divvy bike share, which can be used at the Divvy station just two blocks from the building.
