After selling the Sheraton Madison Hotel in Madison, Wis.

last month to Tennessee-based DeFoor Brothers, Taylor Johnson client Waterton leveraged its significant hospitality experience to secure its appointment as the hotel’s manager. Intimately familiar with the property’s location, brand and customer base, Waterton was the ideal company to lead day-to-day operations at the hotel — its first management assignment in the Madison market — and to guide it through two phases of renovations, which will take place in late 2017 and early 2018.
