As work on the 300-unit tower continues, Taylor Johnson invited Curbed Chicago in for an exclusive hard-hat tour that showcased the building’s design and sweeping views of the West Loop and adjacent Illinois Medical District. The work of New York-based Morris Adjmi Architects, the tower will offer floor plans ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouse apartments, as well as a full suite of lifestyle-oriented amenities ideal for everyone from students to local professionals.
