Fast forward to 2017 and the firm is debuting the Renelle VR-360 Model Home at its sales gallery for Renelle on the River, the yet-to-be-built luxury condominium building on the Chicago River. The immersive teleportation experience uses a VR headset to allow potential buyers to walk through an entire residence at Renelle. Not only can users experience the sweeping views of the Chicago River and surrounding architecture, but they can also peer over terrace ledges to the street below and switch out finishes.
