When Taylor Johnson client M&R Development announced it was opening the first new apartment development in Itasca, Ill., in more than 20 years, we jumped at the opportunity to show it off. Team TJ leapt into action as we not only invited media to attend the grand opening of The Residences at Hamilton Lakes, but also managed the entire event, complete with food, drinks, entertainment, goodie bags and an exciting atmosphere.
