Taylor Johnson client Marcus & Millichap is expanding its staffing and infrastructure in Chicago as the firm continues to gain market share both downtown and in the suburbs.

In order to accommodate its growing team of investment sales professionals, the company will expand its downtown office, located at 333 W. Wacker Drive, by 6,000 square feet — a move that will bring its local Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) agents together under one roof. In addition, the firm is increasing headcount at its newly renovated Oak Brook office to support more rapid suburban market penetration.
