When Toll Brothers began developing Riverworks, a new luxury apartment community on the site of the historic Phoenix Iron Company steel mill in Phoenixville, Pa., it tapped Taylor Johnson client Mary Cook Associates

to design the community’s clubhouse, common spaces and model home interiors. Using the site’s history for inspiration, Mary Cook incorporated brick, stone, glass and exposed steel framework throughout the community. Not only do residents love Riverworks’ industrial-inspired architecture and contemporary design, but also industry experts.
