Taylor Johnson client Related Midwest recently unveiled Landmark West Loop, its newest luxury apartment building in Chicago and the developer’s first foray into the West Loop. The 300-unit Morris Adjmi-designed tower anchors the emerging southern end of the neighborhood, adjacent to the booming Illinois Medical District. Landmark’s distinct amenity spaces, from the sophisticated Living Library to the whimsical Pool House, were designed by Reunion Goods & Services as an homage to the creative professionals and students throughout the West Loop and IMD, with bespoke furniture, museum-worthy art and a variety of textures and colors enhancing each space. DwellCurbed, and Multi-Housing News were among the outlets that featured the building in the wake of its grand opening.

The inviting lobby at Landmark West Loop features soaring ceilings, warm design details and a word-art painting entitled “Blah, Blah, Blah,” by renowned American conceptual artist Mel Bochner.
