With offices and projects across the country, Taylor Johnson client KTGY Architecture + Planning is accustomed to designing buildings inspired by the cities that house them. TriVista on Speer, a 322-unit rental community under construction in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood, is no exception. Each side of the triangular building — known as the City Houses, Art Houses and View Houses — was planned around the views of downtown Denver, the adjacent arts district and the Rocky Mountains, respectively.
