Last week, Taylor Johnson client Related Midwest topped off its newest ultra-luxury project: One Bennett Park. The 70-story all-residential skyscraper in Streeterville, designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, will deliver 69 condominium residences and 279 apartments by early 2019. One Bennett Park’s limestone podium and classic stepped facade distinguish it from other new construction, as will its adjacent 1.7-acre park designed for the neighborhood by Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates. Curbed Chicago, GlobeSt.com, Bisnow and Chicago Architecture Blog were among the outlets that covered the construction milestone for the new Art Deco-style tower overlooking Lake Michigan.

One Bennett Park in Streeterville, designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and developed by Related Midwest, is the tallest building to top off in Chicago since 2009.
