In a creative twist on senior housing, Taylor Johnson client Evergreen Real Estate Group has partnered with Mayor Rahm Emanuel,

the Chicago Housing Authority and the Chicago Public Library to develop two projects that will combine new library branches and affordable senior housing on Chicago’s North Side. Evergreen recently joined the mayor and other city officials, development partners and community members to mark the start of construction on the projects, located at 4022 W. Irving Park Road and 6800 N. Western Avenue. Knowing the milestone would be of interest to local real estate media, we pitched and secured coverage in Bisnow and RE Journals.
