With three decades of development experience, Hubbard Street Group Managing Partner John McLinden has a number of projects on the horizon a little over a year after starting his new firm. Taylor Johnson knew his latest venture would make for a timely Crain’s Chicago Business profile highlighting HSG’s robust construction pipeline, including the second phase of the firm’s Wicker Park Connection development, as well as The Field’s Lofts, which will convert a portion of the former Marshall Field’s warehouse in Logan Square into 123 apartments. HSG also recently completed HUBBARD221, a luxury apartment tower in River North that is nearly 50 percent leased, as well as an adjacent office building at 412 N. Wells that is the soon-to-be headquarters of RXBAR.

Hubbard Street Group and Centrum Realty & Development are currently developing the second phase of Wicker Park Connection, a two-tower project and public plaza near the intersection of Milwaukee and Ashland avenues and Division Street.
