Taylor Johnson client CA Student Living has started construction on yet another mixed-use development — this time a 16-story residential and retail property near Purdue University in downtown West Lafayette, Ind. Filling a need for contemporary, near-campus housing, RISE on Chauncey will deliver 675 beds, 26,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space, and 11,000 square feet of retail when the property opens next summer ahead of the 2019 academic year.
