After months of delay, a change in state law now allows for Taylor Johnson client Evergreen Real Estate Group to begin work on redeveloping Chicago’s vacant 10-story Ravenswood Hospital campus into an affordable senior housing community. Evergreen is moving forward with plans for a $60 million mixed-use redevelopment with separate supportive and independent living facilities under one roof, which was previously prohibited by state regulations. The result was this story on the mixed-used project.

Evergreen Real Estate Group has announced a $60 million redevelopment project of the former Ravenswood Hospital, located at 4501 N. Winchester Ave. in Chicago, into a mixed-use senior housing community.
