Team TJ spared no time generating coverage for two of the firm’s exclusive listings on the city’s North Side. First up was Hazel Place, a collection of 15 new apartments in Buena Park housed in a restored vintage building that, when originally constructed in the early 1900s, was considered one of the neighborhood’s first upscale rental buildings. We also announced the start of pre-leasing at Clarkview Apartments, a newly constructed rental community in Lakeview on a site that previously housed The Alley.
