There’s long been competition among luxury multifamily developers to offer five-star amenities not only to residents, but also to residents’ pets.

So when the editors of Building Design + Construction decided to explore how the newest downtown buildings in top metro areas developed their pet spas, Taylor Johnson offered information on The Sinclair, the most recent pet-friendly apartment tower in Chicago from TJ client Fifield Realty Corp. Click here to read how The Sinclair’s architect outfitted the Class A building’s pet spa with finishes on par with the building’s other amenity spaces.

The Sinclair features an 850-square-foot rooftop dog run, classes for pets and owners and a self-service pet spa with stations for large and small dogs.
