as part of the developer’s 200,000-square-foot mixed-use center called The Shops at Big Deahl, we knew media would take interest. Crain’s Chicago Business broke the news on the firm’s proposal for a 50,000-square-foot recreation center at the southwest corner of Blackhawk and Kingsbury streets, and also detailed Structured’s plan to develop a 197-unit apartment tower on the current Menomonee Club site. Additional coverage of the new community center was featured in REJournals.com, Bisnow, Connect Media, The Real Deal Chicago and MultifamilyBiz, among other outlets.

The new Menomonee Club facility will feature over 50,000 square feet of recreational space, including a 9,500-square-foot rooftop soccer field and play area, marking the first time the Lincoln Park location has had dedicated outdoor space.
