Once the site of the Logan Square Mega Mall, the vacant lot at 2500 N. Milwaukee Ave. will soon be home to Logan’s Crossing,

a new mixed-use development of 220 apartments, restaurants and retail, including a small-format Target store. Taylor Johnson client Fifield Realty Corp. broke ground on the project last month. Logan’s Crossing will deliver in late 2019 and offer studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as amenities that include a bocce ball court, outdoor pool deck with fire pits, a co-working space and a 125-spot bike room. Curbed Chicago covered details of the project, as did Multi-Housing News, The Real Deal Chicago, REJournals.com and more.

A skybridge will connect the two buildings that make up Logan’s Crossing, a mixed-use project by Fifield Realty Corp. scheduled to open in November 2019. A small-format Target will be the development’s flagship tenant.
