As part of the great employee culture at Taylor Johnson client Evergreen Real Estate Group, “EvergreenCares” is an exciting program where the firm gives back to the community and promotes employee philanthropy.

Evergreen team members are granted two “Give Back” days per year, where they are paid to volunteer for charitable causes. Recently, more than 25 Evergreen employees volunteered at the Greater Chicago Food Depository, where they sorted and boxed approximately 6,800 pounds of food to produce over 5,500 meals for individuals and families.
