Taylor Johnson client CA Ventures recently celebrated the successful grand opening of Eleven40, a 26-story, 320-unit apartment tower in the heart of Chicago’s South Loop

With sweeping views of the skyline and Lake Michigan, high-end finishes, an abundance of amenities and an attractive price point, Eleven40 is in such high demand that the tower is nearly eighty-five percent leased less than two months after welcoming its first residents. Also receiving kudos for the building’s success are TJ clients Lendlease, which served as general contractor, and The Habitat Company, which is the property manager.
