With plans to invest $500 million in the European housing market over the next five years, Taylor Johnson client CA Ventures 

recently made international headlines for two key executive appointments that will help grow the firm’s operations overseas. Carlo Matta has been named head of CA’s new London-based European division, while Olaf Henschen will serve as managing director for developments in the Netherlands. CA is currently developing two student housing communities in the U.K., two more in Poland, and is in active negotiations to acquire properties and development sites throughout both countries as well as Ireland, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands.
