With dwindling land options in metropolitan areas across the country, some developers are getting creative and choosing to build atop existing structures. 

In Chicago, Taylor Johnson client Belgravia Group saw an opportunity to develop a luxury condominium building over an existing parking garage on a premium site along the Chicago River. There were several technical challenges involved in tackling this site, but as a longtime condominium developer, Belgravia Group had the vision and technical expertise required to pull it off.  The resulting project, Renelle on the River, is scheduled to deliver in early 2019.
