And The Winners Are…
Congratulations to TJ clients Evergreen Real Estate Group, Interra Realty, and 727 West Madison on their IREJ Real Estate Award wins this week!
Evergreen Real Estate Group took home “Best Affordable Housing” for OSO Apartments, while Interra Realty was awarded “Most Significant Transaction” in the multifamily sector for its brokerage of Shorewind Towers. Finally, 727 West Madison, developed by F&F Realty, Ltd. and TJ client Fifield Cos., with interior design by TJ client Morgante Wilson Architects, was honored as “Best Multifamily.”
We’d also like to recognize Collete English Dixon, managing director of TJ client Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate at Roosevelt University, who served as one of the four independent judges for this inaugural event.
