Taylor Johnson client Baird & Warner, Chicagoland’s largest locally owned independent residential real estate services company, recently took its efforts to spread goodwill up a notch.

This year, its Good Will Network provided $120,000 in grants — marking a 20 percent increase in funding over last year — to five organizations that provide shelter and support to people at risk of homelessness. This year’s winners are BEDS Plus Care Inc., Housing Opportunities for Women (HOW), Marklund, PADS of Elgin, Inc. and Turning Pointe Autism Foundation.
