Apartment Market Tightens As Housing Costs Jump

The Wall Street Journal recently tapped Taylor Johnson client T.J. Rubin of Fulton Grace Realty for his take on the current state of the rental market. As the story notes, average monthly rents in Q3 are up 1% from the prior quarter and demand for apartments is surging again as interest rates rise and home prices increase.
