Apartments Get Creative To Deal With Deluge Of Deliveries
The holiday season may be over, but apartment communities across the country are still digging out from an avalanche of package deliveries triggered by renters who are doing more of their shopping online. At Presidential Towers, Chicago’s largest rental community with 2,346 apartments, owner (and Taylor Johnson client) Waterton had to create two overflow areas to accommodate more than 19,000 deliveries during the busy month of December – double the number received in December 2014. Knowing the story was made for TV, we invited CBS Chicago to stop by the community to see the PT team in action.
Presidential Towers received nearly 100,000 packages in 2015,
