When Taylor Johnson client Related Midwest selected Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) to design One Bennett Park, it wanted the firm’s affinity for timeless forms and elegant materials to define both the exterior and interiors of the tower. Preceding the launch of One Bennett Park’s new website, TJ reached out to Architectural Digest about an amenity reveal and conversation with RAMSA partner Dan Lobitz. In addition to discussing Bennett Park, the tower’s adjacent flagship park amenity designed by Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates (MVVA), Lobitz provided insight on RAMSA’s design inspiration for various amenity spaces, including a full floor reserved exclusively for owners and other shared offerings designed to appeal to every generation.
