When Fit Small Business was seeking examples of effective real estate ads, Taylor Johnson immediately thought of client, Baird & Warner.

Last year, Baird & Warner launched its Easier campaign using a series of clever images that evoked “easier” — including showing how easy it is to solve an all yellow Rubik’s Cube. For 162 years, the Baird & Warner brand has been synonymous with helping to make real estate transactions easier for buyers and sellers — and the ad campaign brought this brand promise to life.
