Commercial real estate veteran Perry Higa, senior vice president with Taylor Johnson client NAI Hiffman, hit a grand slam when he represented John Paul DeJoria in the $40 million acquisition of the 80-acre McDonald’s campus in Oak Brook, Ill. last summer. But it was just one home run in a 34-year career filled with big hits.
