The property represents not only Draper and Kramer’s fifth property in Texas and third in the Dallas market, but also its second within the Adriatica Village mixed-use development, where the firm is realizing synergies from also owning and managing the neighboring St. Paul’s Square apartment community it acquired in 2019.
