So, when TJ client Bond Companieswanted to nominate Spoke Apartments, which Bond co-developed with Morgan Holdings, for a pairof national real estate awards, we were eager to help with the submissions. Not only did the River West development receive a Silver Award for Best Development as part of Commercial Property Executive’s 2018 Distinguished Achievement Awards, but it also won Best Amenity Package in the Multi-Housing News 2018 Excellence Awards, which created the category just to showcase the property’s amazing range and quality of amenities.
