After completing nearly 10 percent of the country’s off-campus student housing deliveries in 2016, Taylor Johnson client CA Ventures is already looking ahead to 2017 and beyond.
The Chicago-based firm recently broke ground on RISE at State College, a 575-bed mixed-use development across from Penn State University in State College, Penn. Anchored by a full-service Urban Market grocery store, the community will offer students and area professionals well-appointed residences, high-end amenities and convenient access to campus. Knowing the project would appeal to both local and national media, TJ secured placements in Student Housing Business, Onward State, Centre Daily Times and The Daily Collegian, among other publications.
RISE at State College, a grocery-anchored, mixed-use development across from Penn State University, is slated to deliver in summer 2018.
