The firm recently celebrated the groundbreaking of The LINK PHX, a 30-story, highly amenitized rental tower that will rise in the Roosevelt Row Arts District of downtown Phoenix, representing the first phase of a three-phase mixed-use development. When complete, the project will bring more than 600 rental residences and 21,000 square feet of retail to this bustling cultural and entertainment hub.
