Taylor Johnson client CA Ventures kicked off the new year by launching a new division, expanding the firm’s expertise to the medical office/life sciences sectors. The Chicago-based real estate investment company appointed industry veteran Russell Brenner as president of the new entity, which plans to invest $500 million annually through development and value-add acquisitions across the U.S. In helping announce the new division, TJ also highlighted CA’s unique position as a firm that can leverage synergies with its existing student and senior housing verticals.
