The Prospect Park neighborhood, adjacent to the University of Minnesota, is undergoing a renaissance and Taylor Johnson client CA Ventures is among the developers playing a pivotal role in the transformation of the burgeoning community. In a joint venture with Harlem Irving Companies, CA Ventures recently broke ground on RISE at Prospect Park, a 336-unit, transit-oriented mixed-use development that is part of a master plan designed to reimagine the area surrounding the METRO Green Line’s Prospect Park station. Slated to deliver in March 2018, the hybrid student housing/apartment development will be anchored by a 30,000-square-foot Fresh Thyme Farmers Market. Minneapolis Business Journal, Multi-Housing News, Student Housing Business and Shopping Center Business were among the local and national media that covered the new project.
