According to Taylor Johnson client Luxury Living Chicago Realty, the Windy City will get 33 new rental buildings comprising approximately 6,600 apartments in 2017. That means Chicago-area renters will have plenty of options to choose from not just downtown, but also in communities like Bucktown, Logan Square and Evanston, among others.
