Rezoning parts of Chicago’s Planned Manufacturing Districts(PMDs) has given rise to new residential and commercial projects that have transformed once-industrial areas like the Fulton Market District into vibrant mixed-use neighborhoods. When the city released proposed guidelines for modernizing a portion of the Kinzie Industrial Corridor, Taylor Johnsonoffered to connect media with several clients who could speak to the corridor’s potential.
